Job Description

The Travel Superintendent will oversee construction projects across Wyoming, Colorado, and Nebraska, ensuring efficient project execution and adherence to safety and quality standards. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in construction and the ability to travel as needed.
The Traveling Commercial Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Supervise subcontractors and on-site teams to maintain project standards and schedules.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for all personnel.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers to align on budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
• Travel to project sites across Wyoming, Colorado, and Nebraska as required.

A successful Traveling Commercial Superintendent should have:

• A solid background in construction management or a related field.

• Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
