Job Description

We are seeking a dependable Traveling Superintendent to oversee multiple commercial construction projects across Memphis and surrounding areas. This role involves frequent travel to various job sites to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Supervise daily construction operations across multiple sites in Memphis and nearby areas.
Travel regularly between job sites to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and ensure quality standards.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to align schedules and manage resources efficiently.
Conduct thorough site inspections and maintain accurate documentation and reporting for leadership.
Proactively identify and resolve site challenges to avoid delays and budget overruns.
Lead and support on-site teams, encouraging a safe and productive work environment.
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, local building codes, and company policies.

The successful candidate will have extensive commercial construction experience as a Superintendent, preferably with regional knowledge of Memphis and the surrounding Mid-South area. They must be flexible and comfortable with regular travel, highly organized, and possess strong leadership and communication skills. A solid grasp of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management is essential. This candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects effectively.
