Position: RN-Urology (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Urology for a 13-week contract in Atlanta, Georgia -- earn up to ($1748 - $1840 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to urology patients during travel assignments.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success metrics.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Engage with patients to provide education on urology health and treatments.
Communicate effectively with patients and team members to ensure clarity.
Monitor and document patient progress and treatment plans accurately.
Utilize data and metrics to assess and improve patient care effectiveness.
Adapt to various clinical environments and patient needs during travel.
Adhere to all safety and health regulations in clinical settings.
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and care provided.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid RN license in Georgia with a focus on urology nursing.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training in urology.
Eagerness to learn and evolve in a growth-oriented work environment.
Experience in travel nursing with adaptability to various clinical settings.
Proven ability to achieve performance targets and contribute to team success.
Strong communication skills for effective patient and team interactions.
Knowledge of urology health education and treatment options for patients.
Ability to monitor and document patient care accurately and efficiently.
Experience utilizing data to assess and improve patient care effectiveness.
Familiarity with safety and health regulations in clinical environments.
