Position: RN-Telemetry (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Telemetry for a 13-week contract in Wichita, Kansas -- earn up to ($1670 - $1757 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
Monitor and interpret telemetry data to ensure patient safety and well-being.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Engage in continuous learning to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
Educate patients and families on health management and telemetry procedures.
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
Utilize performance metrics to assess and improve personal nursing practices.
Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team.
Adhere to hospital policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Assist in training and mentoring new nursing staff as needed.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid RN license in Kansas with telemetry nursing experience.
Strong ability to monitor and interpret telemetry data effectively.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Experience collaborating with healthcare teams for patient care plans.
Ability to educate patients and families on telemetry procedures.
Strong communication skills with patients and healthcare teams.
Proficient in documenting patient assessments and interventions accurately.
Adherence to hospital policies for maintaining a safe environment.
Experience in utilizing performance metrics for personal improvement.
Experience mentoring new nursing staff and promoting teamwork.
