Position: RN-Telemetry (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Telemetry for a 13-week contract in Wichita, Kansas -- earn up to ($1670 - $1757 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in telemetry settings.
Monitor and interpret telemetry data for patient health.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Achieve individual performance targets and contribute to team goals.
Educate patients and families on health management and procedures.
Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately.
Utilize performance metrics to improve patient care outcomes.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Engage in quality improvement initiatives within the department.
Assist in the orientation and training of new staff.
Maintain a high level of visibility in work activities.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Kansas with telemetry experience.
Ability to achieve individual performance targets and contribute to team goals.
Proficient in interpreting telemetry data and monitoring patient vitals.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Strong communication skills for patient and family education.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Familiarity with safety and infection control protocols.
Experience in documenting patient care and treatment plans accurately.
Willingness to engage in quality improvement initiatives.
Experience in training and orienting new staff members.
