Position: RN-Telemetry (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Telemetry for a 13-week contract in Uniontown, Pennsylvania -- earn up to ($2159 - $2273 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
Monitor and interpret telemetry data to ensure patient safety and well-being.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Educate patients and families on health management and telemetry procedures.
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
Utilize performance metrics to assess and improve personal nursing practices.
Adhere to hospital policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Assist in training new staff members on telemetry nursing protocols.
Engage in regular team meetings to discuss patient care and operational improvements.
Maintain equipment and ensure proper functioning of telemetry devices.
Experience/Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania with telemetry nursing experience.
Proficiency in interpreting telemetry data and responding to patient needs.
Strong communication skills to educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring patient safety.
Experience in documenting patient care accurately and timely.
Familiarity with hospital policies and protocols to maintain safety standards.
Aptitude for utilizing performance metrics to enhance nursing practices.
Experience in training and mentoring new staff on telemetry protocols.
Willingness to engage in team meetings focused on patient care improvements.
