Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in telemetry settings.
Monitor and interpret telemetry data for patient health.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Engage in continuous learning to enhance nursing skills.
Educate patients and families on health management and procedures.
Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately.
Utilize performance metrics to improve patient care outcomes.
Communicate effectively with patients and team members.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Manage time effectively to meet patient care demands.
Assist in the orientation and training of new staff.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Arizona with telemetry experience required.
Proven ability to monitor and interpret telemetry data effectively.
Experience in developing patient care plans in collaboration with a healthcare team.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
Strong communication skills for effective patient and team interactions.
Ability to educate patients and families on health management.
Demonstrated ability to document patient progress accurately.
Experience in adhering to safety and infection control protocols.
Strong time management skills to meet patient care demands.
Experience in training and orienting new staff members.
