Position: RN-Telemetry (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Telemetry for a 13-week contract in Mason City, Iowa -- earn up to ($1915 - $2016 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in telemetry settings.
Monitor and interpret telemetry data for patient health.
Engage in continuous learning to enhance nursing skills.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Utilize performance metrics to improve patient care outcomes.
Educate patients and families on health management and procedures.
Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately.
Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Manage time effectively to meet patient care deadlines.
Assist in the orientation and training of new staff.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Iowa or compact state required.
Proficiency in interpreting telemetry data and cardiac rhythms.
Experience in telemetry nursing or critical care preferred.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Excellent communication skills for patient and team interactions.
Strong commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
Experience with patient education and health management strategies.
Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols in healthcare.
Willingness to mentor and train new nursing staff.
