Position: RN-Telemetry (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Telemetry for a 13-week contract in Des Moines, Iowa -- earn up to ($1818 - $1914 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
Monitor and interpret telemetry data to assess patient conditions effectively.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Utilize performance metrics to evaluate and improve personal nursing practices.
Contribute to achieving departmental targets and quality improvement initiatives.
Educate patients and families on health management and telemetry procedures.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and telemetry readings.
Engage in regular feedback sessions to enhance personal and team performance.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times.
Stay updated on the latest telemetry technologies and nursing practices.
Assist in the orientation and training of new nursing staff as needed.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid RN license in Iowa with telemetry nursing experience.
Strong ability to monitor and interpret telemetry data accurately.
Proven track record of collaborating effectively with healthcare teams.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Experience with performance metrics to enhance nursing practices.
Ability to educate patients and families on health management.
