Position: RN-Telemetry (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Telemetry for a 13-week contract in Des Moines, Iowa -- earn up to ($1818 - $1914 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Monitor and interpret patient telemetry data to ensure optimal care.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Assess and respond to changes in patients' conditions promptly.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Document patient information and care activities accurately in electronic health records.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Contribute to team meetings and share insights for improving patient care.
Track and report on individual performance metrics to achieve targets.
Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment for patients and staff.
Adapt to new technologies and methodologies in patient care.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Iowa or compact state.
Minimum 2 years experience in telemetry nursing.
Ability to work in high-pressure environments and make quick decisions.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
Proficient in interpreting telemetry data and EKG readings.
Strong communication skills for patient and family education.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Track record of achieving performance metrics in a healthcare setting.
Experience with electronic health records documentation.
Ability to adapt to new technologies in patient care.
