Position: RN-Telemetry (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Telemetry for a 13-week contract in Derry, New Hampshire -- earn up to ($1930 - $2032 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
Monitor and interpret telemetry data to ensure patient safety and well-being.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition.
Educate patients and families on health management and telemetry procedures.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and interventions.
Utilize performance metrics to assess and improve personal nursing practices.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times.
Engage in regular team meetings to discuss patient care and operational improvements.
Evaluate and implement best practices in telemetry nursing care.
Assist in training and mentoring new nursing staff as needed.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in New Hampshire or compact state.
Ability to analyze telemetry data and respond to patient needs effectively.
Experience in telemetry nursing or critical care settings preferred.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Strong communication skills for patient and team interactions.
Familiarity with safety protocols and infection control measures.
Ability to maintain accurate documentation of patient care.
Experience in using performance metrics to improve nursing practices.
Willingness to mentor and train new nursing staff as needed.
