Position: RN-Telemetry (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Telemetry for a 8-week contract in Biddeford, Maine -- earn up to ($2252 - $2371 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in telemetry settings.
Monitor and interpret telemetry data for patient health.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Educate patients and families on health management and procedures.
Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately.
Utilize performance metrics to improve patient care outcomes.
Maintain effective communication with patients and team members.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Engage in quality improvement initiatives within the department.
Manage time effectively to meet patient care deadlines.
Assist in the orientation and training of new staff.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN licensure in Maine with telemetry nursing experience.
Strong understanding of telemetry monitoring and data interpretation.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Excellent communication skills for patient and family education.
Proficient in documenting patient care accurately and timely.
Experience with quality improvement initiatives in healthcare settings.
