Position: RN-Stepdown (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Stepdown for a 13-week contract in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma -- earn up to ($2177 - $2291 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in a stepdown unit.
Participate in professional development and training programs.
Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans.
Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately.
Utilize data to track patient outcomes and improve care.
Educate patients and families on health management.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Support a positive team environment and culture.
Manage time effectively to meet patient care goals.
Stay updated on best practices and industry trends.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Oklahoma or compact state.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
Experience in stepdown or intermediate care nursing.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Strong understanding of patient assessment and monitoring techniques.
Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols.
Proficient in documenting patient progress and treatment plans.
Effective time management skills to prioritize patient care.
Ability to educate patients and families on health management.
Willingness to engage in performance evaluations and feedback.
