Position: RN-Stepdown (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Stepdown for a 13-week contract in Morgantown, West Virginia -- earn up to ($2181 - $2296 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in a stepdown unit.
Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans.
Participate in continuous professional development activities.
Educate patients and families on health management.
Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately.
Utilize data to track patient outcomes and improve care.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Manage time effectively to meet patient care goals.
Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.
Contribute to a positive team environment and culture.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid RN license in West Virginia with stepdown unit experience.
Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
Ability to monitor and assess patient conditions effectively.
Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols.
Strong focus on achieving targets and measuring results.
Strong communication skills for collaborating with healthcare teams.
Proficient in documenting patient progress and treatment plans.
