Position: RN-Stepdown (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Stepdown for a 13-week contract in Milwaukee, Wisconsin -- earn up to ($2020 - $2126 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in a stepdown unit setting.
Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly to ensure safety.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Engage in self-assessment and seek feedback for continuous improvement.
Educate patients and families on health management and recovery.
Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately and timely.
Assist in achieving departmental targets and performance goals.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
Utilize data and metrics to evaluate patient care effectiveness.
Manage time efficiently to prioritize patient care tasks.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Wisconsin or eligibility for licensure.
Experience in a stepdown or critical care unit preferred.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Willingness to engage in self-assessment and seek feedback.
Strong communication skills for effective patient and team interactions.
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Understanding of safety protocols and infection control measures.
Proficient in using electronic health records for documentation.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Experience utilizing data to evaluate and improve patient care.
