Position: RN-Rehab (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Rehab for a 13-week contract in Nashville, Tennessee -- earn up to ($1670 - $1757 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality rehabilitation nursing care to patients in a clinical setting.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success metrics.
Engage in self-assessment and seek feedback for continuous improvement.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans based on individual needs.
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and recovery strategies.
Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance patient care outcomes.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment for patients and staff.
Assist in the orientation and training of new nursing staff.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid RN license in Tennessee with a focus on rehabilitation nursing.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Demonstrated ability to achieve performance targets and contribute to team success.
Experience in rehabilitation nursing or related clinical settings preferred.
Ability to monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
Strong communication skills to engage with patients and interdisciplinary teams.
Knowledge of evidence-based practices to enhance patient care outcomes.
Experience in documenting patient care activities and maintaining medical records.
Ability to maintain a safe and clean working environment for all.
Willingness to assist in training and orienting new nursing staff.
