Position: RN-Rehab (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Rehab for a 12-week contract in Lewiston, Idaho -- earn up to ($2008 - $2114 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care and rehabilitation support to individuals in need.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
Utilize performance metrics to assess and improve personal effectiveness.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and goals.
Set personal performance goals aligned with company objectives.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Adhere to safety and compliance regulations in all patient interactions.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Engage in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and outcomes.
Foster a positive and supportive environment for patients and colleagues.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Idaho with experience in rehabilitation settings.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Strong communication skills to educate patients and families effectively.
Proven track record of meeting performance metrics and personal goals.
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams on care plans.
Experience in monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans.
Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in patient care.
Ability to maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities.
