Position: RN-Rehab (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Rehab for a 13-week contract in Greensboro, North Carolina -- earn up to ($1825 - $1921 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care and rehabilitation support to individuals in recovery.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
Utilize performance metrics to assess and improve personal effectiveness.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and goals.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.
Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs.
Engage in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and outcomes.
Assist in the training and mentoring of new staff members.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in North Carolina or compact state.
Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Experience in rehabilitation nursing or related field preferred.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Commitment to safety and infection control protocols in patient care.
Strong knowledge of rehabilitation processes and patient care standards.
Proficient in documentation and maintaining patient care records accurately.
Strong communication skills for educating patients and families.
Ability to utilize performance metrics for personal and team effectiveness.
Experience in mentoring or training new staff members.
