Position: RN-PCU-Progressive Care Unit (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in the Progressive Care Unit.
Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly to ensure optimal outcomes.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop patient care plans.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Educate patients and families on health management and recovery processes.
Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance patient care quality.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions to improve skills.
Manage patient care assignments effectively to meet unit goals.
Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in patient care.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in New York State with PCU experience.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Strict adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures.
Proven ability to monitor and assess patient conditions effectively.
Ability to document patient care accurately and promptly.
Experience in developing collaborative patient care plans with healthcare teams.
Knowledge of evidence-based practices in patient care.
