Position: RN-PCU-Progressive Care Unit (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-PCU-Progressive Care Unit for a 13-week contract in Murfreesboro, Tennessee -- earn up to ($1742 - $1834 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in the Progressive Care Unit.
Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Participate in continuous professional development and training.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
Educate patients and families on health management and recovery.
Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance patient care.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Engage in quality improvement initiatives within the unit.
Experience/Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or compact state.
Commitment to continuous professional development and training.
Experience in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) nursing preferred.
Proven ability to achieve performance targets and contribute to team goals.
Strong knowledge of patient care protocols and evidence-based practices.
Experience in educating patients and families on health management.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
Willingness to engage in quality improvement initiatives.
Strong organizational skills to document care activities accurately.
Ability to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
