Position: RN-PCU-Progressive Care Unit (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-PCU-Progressive Care Unit for a 16-week contract in Greensboro, North Carolina -- earn up to ($1957 - $2060 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in the Progressive Care Unit.
Monitor and assess patients' conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge care.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Utilize data and metrics to improve patient care and outcomes.
Strive for personal growth and advancement within the organization.
Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Adapt to changing patient needs and healthcare environments.
Experience/Qualifications
Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a Progressive Care Unit or similar setting.
Commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.
Ability to work independently and be accountable for personal success.
Proficiency in administering medications and treatments accurately.
Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing healthcare environments.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Strong analytical skills to utilize data for improving patient care.
Strong communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.
Experience with electronic health records and accurate documentation.
