Position: RN-PCU-Progressive Care Unit (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-PCU-Progressive Care Unit for a 13-week contract in Easley, South Carolina -- earn up to ($2543 - $2677 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in the Progressive Care Unit.
Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs regularly.
Achieve and exceed performance targets set by the organization.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
Educate patients and families on health management and recovery.
Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.
Maintain high visibility of work activities and results.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Support a positive team environment and contribute to team goals.
Utilize technology and tools to enhance patient care efficiency.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid RN license in South Carolina with PCU experience preferred.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Demonstrated ability to monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions effectively.
Experience in adhering to safety and infection control protocols.
Experience in developing and implementing care plans collaboratively.
Ability to educate patients and families on health management effectively.
Willingness to engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Strong documentation skills for patient care activities and outcomes.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Familiarity with technology and tools to enhance patient care efficiency.
