Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in the Progressive Care Unit.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to the healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Utilize performance metrics to improve patient care and achieve targets.
Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Adapt to a fast-paced environment with high visibility of work activity.
Contribute to a growth-oriented team by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Arizona with PCU experience.
Proven ability to provide high-quality patient care in PCU.
Strong skills in monitoring and assessing patient conditions.
Experience in administering medications and treatments in a PCU setting.
Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare team members.
Experience maintaining accurate and detailed patient records.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-visibility work environment.
Proficient in educating patients and families on health management.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
