Position: RN-PCU-Progressive Care Unit (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-PCU-Progressive Care Unit for a 13-week contract in Atlanta, Georgia -- earn up to ($1705 - $1795 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in the Progressive Care Unit.
Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly to ensure optimal care.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
Achieve and exceed performance targets set by the management.
Educate patients and families on health management and recovery.
Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately and timely.
Utilize data to track patient outcomes and improve care processes.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Maintain a high level of visibility in patient care activities.
Assist in training and mentoring new nursing staff.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Georgia or compact state.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
Experience in Progressive Care Unit or similar nursing environment.
Ability to monitor and assess patient conditions effectively.
Ability to achieve and exceed performance targets set by management.
Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Understanding of safety and infection control protocols.
Strong communication skills for patient and family education.
Proficiency in using electronic health records for documentation.
Willingness to engage in performance evaluations and feedback.
