Position: RN-Orthopedics (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Orthopedics for a 26-week contract in Vero Beach, Florida -- earn up to ($1429 - $1505 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in orthopedic settings.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop treatment plans.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team goals.
Engage in self-assessment and seek feedback for improvement.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Educate patients and families on orthopedic procedures and recovery.
Utilize evidence-based practices in patient care.
Communicate effectively with patients and team members.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Assist in the development of departmental policies and procedures.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Florida with orthopedic certification preferred.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Experience in orthopedic nursing with a focus on patient care.
Proven track record of achieving performance targets and goals.
Strong communication skills for effective patient and team interactions.
Ability to adapt care plans based on patient progress and feedback.
Willingness to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Familiarity with evidence-based practices in orthopedic nursing.
Ability to maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Experience in quality improvement initiatives within healthcare settings.
