Position: RN-Orthopedics (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Orthopedics for a 13-week contract in Englewood, Colorado -- earn up to ($1670 - $1757 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in orthopedic settings.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop treatment plans.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team goals.
Engage in self-assessment and seek feedback for growth.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Educate patients and families on orthopedic procedures and recovery.
Utilize evidence-based practices in patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Communicate effectively with patients and team members.
Adapt to changing patient needs and healthcare environments.
Assist in the implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Colorado with orthopedic nursing experience.
Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Ability to work in a performance-driven environment with measurable results.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively within healthcare teams.
Excellent communication skills with patients and healthcare teams.
Experience in developing and implementing patient care plans.
Experience in utilizing evidence-based practices in nursing.

Strong organizational skills for maintaining patient records accurately.
