Position: RN-OR-Operating Room (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-OR-Operating Room for a 13-week contract in Portland, Maine -- earn up to ($2342 - $2465 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in the operating room setting.
Assist in surgical procedures and ensure patient safety.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Collaborate with surgeons and medical staff for optimal outcomes.
Maintain sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols.
Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during surgery.
Evaluate and improve personal performance based on feedback.
Utilize data to assess and enhance patient care effectiveness.
Document patient care activities and surgical procedures accurately.
Adhere to hospital policies and procedures at all times.
Engage in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
Contribute to a positive work environment and team morale.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Maine or compact state for travel positions.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
Experience in operating room settings, preferably with surgical assistance.
Strong knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical safety protocols.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Ability to collaborate effectively with surgeons and medical staff.
Proficient in monitoring patient vitals during surgical procedures.
Willingness to receive and act on feedback for performance improvement.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation.
Experience in engaging in team meetings to enhance patient care.
