Position: RN-OR-Operating Room (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-OR-Operating Room for a 13-week contract in Chattanooga, Tennessee -- earn up to ($2041 - $2149 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in the operating room setting.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Stay updated on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
Assist in surgical procedures and ensure a sterile environment.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.
Utilize data to track and achieve performance targets.
Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during surgery.
Evaluate and improve personal performance based on feedback.
Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff effectively.
Assist in training new staff and sharing best practices.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Engage in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Tennessee with experience in operating room settings.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training in surgical techniques.
Proven ability to assist in surgical procedures while ensuring patient safety.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and infection control measures.
Experience in monitoring patient vitals and responding to surgical changes.
Ability to utilize data and performance metrics to achieve targets.
Excellent collaboration skills with surgeons and medical staff in a team setting.
Willingness to assist in training new staff and sharing best practices.
Experience in maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
Strong feedback orientation to evaluate and improve personal performance.
