Position: RN-Oncology (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Oncology for a 13-week contract in Cumming, Georgia -- earn up to ($2084 - $2193 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Administer chemotherapy and other medications to oncology patients.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
Evaluate patient responses to treatments and adjust care plans accordingly.
Educate patients and families about treatment plans and side effects.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Engage in performance metrics to track personal and team success.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Assist in the development of care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
Provide emotional support to patients and families during treatment.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Georgia with oncology certification preferred.
Experience in administering chemotherapy and managing oncology patients.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Empathy and emotional support skills for oncology patients and families.
Strong communication skills for patient and family education.
Ability to monitor vital signs and respond to patient changes.
Ability to engage in performance metrics and target achievement.
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Familiarity with safety protocols and infection control measures.
Experience in developing personalized care plans for patients.
