Position: RN-Oncology (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Oncology for a 13-week contract in Asheville, North Carolina -- earn up to ($1930 - $2032 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Administer chemotherapy and other medications to oncology patients.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
Evaluate patient responses to treatments and adjust care plans accordingly.
Educate patients and families about treatment plans and side effects.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Engage in performance metrics to track personal and team success.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Assist in the development of care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid North Carolina RN license with oncology certification preferred.
Experience administering chemotherapy and managing oncology patient care.
Strong communication skills for patient and family education.
Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Ability to monitor and assess patient vital signs accurately.
Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Knowledge of safety protocols and infection control measures in healthcare.
Ability to maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Commitment to quality improvement initiatives for enhanced patient care.
Strong emotional intelligence to provide support to patients and families.
