Position: RN-Oncology (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities
Provide specialized oncology care to patients in a travel nursing capacity.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance oncology nursing skills.
Achieve individual performance targets and contribute to team success.
Engage in self-directed learning to stay updated on oncology nursing advancements.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
Educate patients and families about oncology treatment options and care procedures.
Utilize data and pipelines to assess and improve patient care outcomes.
Adapt to changing environments and patient needs with a focus on continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records for oncology treatments.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in oncology care.
Contribute to a growth-oriented environment by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Experience/Qualifications
Possess active RN license and oncology nursing certification.
Minimum of 2 years experience in oncology nursing.
Proficient in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing environments and patient needs.
Experience in using data and pipelines to improve patient care outcomes.
Excellent communication skills for patient and family education.
Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
Ability to maintain accurate and detailed oncology treatment records.
Understanding of healthcare regulations and standards in oncology care.
