Position: RN-NICU-Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-NICU-Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for a 13-week contract in Memphis, Tennessee -- earn up to ($2064 - $2173 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide specialized nursing care to neonates in the NICU.
Monitor and assess the health status of newborns.
Participate in continuous professional development and training.
Achieve and maintain performance targets and goals.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Utilize medical equipment and technology effectively.
Contribute to a high-performance team environment.
Adapt to changing situations and patient needs promptly.
Educate and support families regarding neonatal care and procedures.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Experience/Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of NICU experience as a Registered Nurse.
Current RN licensure in Tennessee or compact state license.
Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
Proficiency in using neonatal medical equipment and technology.
Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and patient needs.
Track record of achieving performance targets and goals.
Excellent communication skills to educate and support families.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development.
Experience in maintaining accurate and detailed patient records.
