Position: RN-NICU-Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities
Provide specialized nursing care to neonates in the NICU.
Monitor and assess the health of newborns in critical condition.
Participate in continuous professional development and training.
Achieve individual performance targets and contribute to team success.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop care plans.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records for NICU patients.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Adapt to evolving healthcare practices and technologies.
Provide emotional support to families during critical care situations.
Educate and support families regarding neonatal care and procedures.
Utilize performance metrics to improve patient care outcomes.
Contribute to a high-visibility work environment with measurable results.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license and NICU experience required.
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
Proficiency in neonatal care procedures and protocols.
Strong communication skills for family education and support.
Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
Experience in maintaining detailed and accurate patient records.
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
