Position: RN-NICU-Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to neonatal patients in the NICU.
Monitor and assess patients' conditions and report changes promptly.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.
Evaluate and improve nursing practices based on performance metrics.
Educate families on neonatal care and health management.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.
Utilize data to track patient outcomes and enhance care strategies.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
Engage in regular performance reviews to assess personal growth.
Assist in the orientation and training of new nursing staff.
Experience/Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or compact state.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Experience in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) nursing.
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills for patient monitoring.
Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols in healthcare.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Proficient in maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
Experience with performance metrics to evaluate nursing practices.
Ability to educate families on neonatal care effectively.
Willingness to assist in training new nursing staff.
