Position: RN-Neurology (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to neurology patients during travel assignments.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Engage in self-assessment and seek feedback for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Utilize data and metrics to assess and improve patient care outcomes.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success.
Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments.
Educate patients and families on neurological conditions and treatment options.
Adapt to various healthcare settings and patient needs during travel assignments.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Manage time efficiently to balance multiple patient care responsibilities.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Oklahoma with neurology specialty certification preferred.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning opportunities.
Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in neurology or related field.
Demonstrated success in achieving performance targets and team contributions.
Willingness to receive feedback for continuous improvement.
Strong communication skills for effective patient and team interaction.
Proven ability to adapt to diverse healthcare settings and patient needs.
Ability to manage time effectively across multiple patient responsibilities.
Experience with data-driven approaches to assess patient care outcomes.
