Position: RN-MedSurg (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in Wichita, Kansas -- earn up to ($1875 - $1973 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting.
Participate in continuous professional development and training.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team goals.
Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
Educate patients and families on health management.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
Utilize electronic health records for accurate documentation.
Engage in quality improvement initiatives within the department.
Assist in the orientation and training of new staff.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in the state of Kansas or compact state.
Strong commitment to continuous professional development and training.
Ability to meet performance targets and contribute to team goals.
Experience in a MedSurg setting, preferably 2+ years.
Strong communication skills with patients and families.
Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
Willingness to engage in quality improvement initiatives.
Proficient in electronic health record systems for documentation.
Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
Experience in training and mentoring new staff members.
