Position: RN-MedSurg (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in Wichita, Kansas -- earn up to ($1875 - $1973 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting.
Participate in continuous professional development and training.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
Educate patients and families on health management.
Utilize data to assess patient outcomes and improve care.
Contribute to team goals and support colleagues.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Adapt to changing patient needs and healthcare practices.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Experience/Qualifications
Active RN license in the state of Kansas is required.
Commitment to continuous professional development and training.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a MedSurg nursing role.
Proficient in monitoring and documenting patient progress and vital signs.
Proven ability to achieve targets and contribute to team goals.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams.
Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and healthcare practices.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Experience with patient education and family health management.
Willingness to engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
