Position: RN-MedSurg (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in Utica, New York -- earn up to ($2185 - $2300 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting.
Participate in continuous professional development and training.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Contribute to achieving departmental and organizational targets.
Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Educate patients and families on health management.
Utilize data to assess patient outcomes and improve care.
Adapt to changing patient needs and healthcare environments.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid RN license in New York with MedSurg experience required.
Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality patient care in a MedSurg environment.
Strong commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
Experience collaborating with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans.
Proficient in administering medications and treatments as per protocols.
Ability to monitor and document patient progress accurately.
Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Effective communication skills for educating patients and families.
Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and dynamic healthcare settings.
Experience in using data to assess patient outcomes and improve care.
