Position: RN-MedSurg (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in Saginaw, Michigan -- earn up to ($1922 - $2023 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting.
Participate in continuous professional development and training.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team goals.
Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Educate patients and families on health management.
Utilize data to assess and improve patient care outcomes.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Support a positive team environment and culture.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Michigan with MedSurg experience preferred.
Commitment to continuous professional development and training.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a results-driven environment.
Proven ability to monitor patient progress and vital signs effectively.
Ability to achieve performance targets and contribute to team goals.
Strong communication skills for patient and family education.
Familiarity with safety and infection control protocols in healthcare.
