Position: RN-MedSurg (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in Parkersburg, West Virginia -- earn up to ($2138 - $2250 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in a MedSurg unit.
Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
Adapt to changing patient needs and healthcare environments.
Contribute to team goals and performance metrics.
Educate patients and families on health management and procedures.
Participate in continuous professional development and training.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Utilize data to assess and improve patient care outcomes.
Experience/Qualifications
Possess active RN license in West Virginia or compact state.
Minimum of 2 years experience in MedSurg nursing.
Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
Proven track record of achieving performance metrics and targets.
Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced healthcare environments.
Proficient in electronic health records and patient documentation systems.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Strong communication skills for patient and family education.
Experience in developing and implementing patient care plans.
