Position: RN-MedSurg (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in Natchez, Mississippi -- earn up to ($1617 - $1703 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting, ensuring safety and comfort.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Engage in performance evaluations and seek feedback for continuous improvement.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care as needed.
Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times.
Assist in achieving departmental targets and contribute to team success.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Utilize data and metrics to assess patient care effectiveness and outcomes.
Foster a positive work environment through teamwork and communication.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in nursing care.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Mississippi or compact state for MedSurg nursing.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning opportunities.
Experience in MedSurg nursing with a focus on patient-centered care.
Knowledge of safety protocols and infection control measures in healthcare.
Strong collaboration skills with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Capacity to engage in performance evaluations and seek constructive feedback.
Willingness to adapt care plans based on patient progress and needs.
Ability to monitor and document patient care accurately and timely.
Ability to educate patients and families on health management effectively.
Proficiency in using metrics to assess patient care effectiveness.
