Position: RN-MedSurg (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in Nashville, Tennessee -- earn up to ($1748 - $1840 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team goals.
Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
Educate patients and families on health management and recovery.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Manage time efficiently to prioritize patient care tasks.
Utilize electronic health records for accurate documentation.
Engage in quality improvement initiatives within the department.
Assist in the orientation and training of new staff.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Tennessee or compact state.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Experience in MedSurg nursing with a focus on patient care.
Engagement in quality improvement initiatives and performance targets.
Strong communication skills to engage with patients and families.
Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
Ability to monitor and document patient progress accurately.
Proficiency in electronic health records and documentation.
Understanding of safety and infection control protocols.
Strong time management skills to prioritize patient care tasks.
