Position: RN-MedSurg (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in Nashville, Tennessee -- earn up to ($1643 - $1730 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting.
Participate in continuous professional development and training.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team goals.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Educate patients and families on health management.
Utilize data to assess and improve patient care outcomes.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Support a positive team environment and culture.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid RN license in Tennessee with MedSurg experience preferred.
Strong commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
Ability to achieve performance targets and contribute to team goals.
Proven ability to monitor patient progress and vital signs effectively.
Experience in administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Experience with safety and infection control protocols in healthcare.
Strong documentation skills for maintaining patient care records.
Demonstrated skills in patient education and health management.
Willingness to engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
