Position: RN-MedSurg (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in Martinsburg, West Virginia -- earn up to ($2224 - $2341 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Engage in self-assessment and seek feedback for improvement.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
Assist in achieving departmental performance targets.
Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
Educate patients and families on health management and recovery.
Communicate effectively with patients and team members.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Manage time efficiently to prioritize patient care tasks.
Utilize electronic health records for accurate documentation.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in West Virginia with MedSurg specialty certification.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
Experience in a MedSurg setting, preferably with travel nursing.
Understanding of safety and infection control protocols in patient care.
Strong communication skills for effective patient and team interaction.
Proficiency in using electronic health records for documentation.
Experience in collaborating with healthcare teams to develop care plans.
Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize patient care tasks.
Ability to monitor and document patient progress accurately.
Willingness to participate in quality improvement initiatives.
