Position: RN-MedSurg (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in Jefferson City, Tennessee -- earn up to ($1800 - $1894 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting.
Participate in continuous professional development and training.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team goals.
Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Educate patients and families on health management.
Adapt to changing patient needs and work environment.
Utilize data to assess and improve patient care outcomes.
Engage in quality improvement initiatives within the department.
Foster a positive and supportive team environment.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Tennessee or compact state.
Experience in MedSurg nursing, preferably in a travel capacity.
Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
Demonstrated ability to meet performance targets and goals.
Strong communication skills for patient and team interactions.
Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments.
Knowledge of medication administration protocols and patient care plans.
Ability to educate patients and families on health management.
Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Experience in quality improvement initiatives in healthcare.
