Position: RN-MedSurg (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in Hendersonville, Tennessee -- earn up to ($1643 - $1730 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting.
Participate in continuous professional development and training.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team goals.
Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
Educate patients and families on health management and recovery.
Utilize data to assess and improve patient care outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Engage in quality improvement initiatives within the department.
Assist in the orientation and training of new staff.
Foster a positive and supportive work environment.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Tennessee with MedSurg experience.
Strong commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.
Ability to monitor, document, and communicate patient progress effectively.
Demonstrated ability to achieve performance targets and goals.
Experience in administering medications and treatments accurately.
Excellent communication skills for educating patients and families.
Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation of care.
Familiarity with quality improvement initiatives and performance metrics.
Experience in training and orienting new staff members.
