Position: RN-MedSurg (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in Frankfort, Kentucky -- earn up to ($1643 - $1730 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting.
Participate in continuous professional development and training.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Work towards achieving departmental and organizational targets.
Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Educate patients and families on health management.
Utilize data to assess and improve patient care outcomes.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Foster a positive and supportive team environment.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid RN license in Kentucky with MedSurg experience preferred.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and training.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a healthcare team for patient care.
Strong understanding of safety and infection control protocols.
Experience in monitoring and documenting patient progress accurately.
Proficient in educating patients and families on health management.
Ability to utilize data for improving patient care outcomes.
Willingness to engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Ability to work towards achieving departmental and organizational targets.
