Position: RN-MedSurg (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in Englewood, Colorado -- earn up to ($1670 - $1757 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Engage in self-assessment and seek feedback for improvement.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
Assist in achieving departmental performance targets.
Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
Educate patients and families on health management and recovery.
Communicate effectively with patients and team members.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Manage time efficiently to prioritize patient care tasks.
Utilize electronic health records for accurate documentation.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado.
Experience in MedSurg nursing, preferably in a travel capacity.
Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Proficient in electronic health records and documentation practices.
Strong communication skills with patients and healthcare team members.
Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Willingness to engage in quality improvement initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to monitor and document patient progress accurately.
