Position: RN-MedSurg (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in Dewitt, Iowa -- earn up to ($1895 - $1995 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting.
Participate in continuous professional development and training.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team goals.
Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
Utilize electronic health records for accurate documentation.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
Educate patients and families on health management.
Engage in quality improvement initiatives within the department.
Assist in the orientation and training of new staff.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa with MedSurg experience.
Commitment to continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.
Strong communication skills with patients and families for effective education.
Demonstrated ability to achieve performance targets and team goals.
Experience with electronic health records and accurate documentation.
Ability to monitor patient progress and vital signs accurately.

Knowledge of safety protocols to maintain a clean working environment.
Willingness to assist in training and orienting new staff members.
