Position: RN-MedSurg (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 17-week contract in Albany, Georgia -- earn up to ($1908 - $2008 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting.
Participate in continuous professional development and training.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Work towards achieving departmental and organizational targets.
Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
Educate patients and families on health management.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Utilize data to assess and improve patient care outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
Foster a positive and supportive team environment.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid RN license in the state of Georgia.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Experience in MedSurg nursing with proven patient care skills.
Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols.
Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration.
Proficiency in documenting patient progress and vital signs.
Experience in educating patients and families on health management.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Ability to analyze data to improve patient care outcomes.
Willingness to engage in performance evaluations and feedback.
